This report is the fourth edition of the germanium market research in Russia.
The purpose of the study is the analysis of the germanium market in Russia.
The object of study are germanium dioxide, metallic germanium and products from it.
This work is a desk study. The information sources used were data from Rosstat, the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, open tender sites, materials from the US State Geological Survey (USGS), Argus pricing agency, industry and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of securities issuers, websites of manufacturers and consumers.
Chronological scope of the study: 2007-2019, forecast - 2020-2025.
Research geography: Russian Federation - a comprehensive detailed analysis of the market, the world - general information about the dynamics and characteristics of the market.
The report consists of 7 parts, contains 58 pages, including 22 tables, 12 figures and the appendix.
The first chapter of the report gives a brief description of the global market for germanium (mining, producing countries, export-import, consumption, prices).
The second chapter of the report provides information on the mineral resource base of germanium in Russia.
The third chapter is devoted to the production of germanium in Russia. The chapter describes the technology of production of germanium and the requirements for the quality of germanium products, provides the dynamics of Germanium production in Russia in 2007-2019, and also describes the largest Russian producers of germanium.
The fourth chapter of the report provides data on foreign trade transactions with germanium in the Russian Federation in 2007-2019. Statistical data on volumes of foreign trade operations with germanium dioxide and metal germanium in physical and monetary terms, regional and commodity structure of exports and imports of germanium products, data on volumes of supplies by major exporters and importers are given.
The fifth chapter is devoted to the analysis of export-import prices for germanium.
The sixth chapter of the report on germanium consumption presents the dynamics of consumption of these products in Russia. Also in this section, the main sectors of germanium consumption in the Russian Federation are described and the largest consumers of products are listed according to open tender sites.
The seventh chapter of the report provides a forecast of the development of the Russian market of germanium until 2025.
The appendix contains contact information on manufacturers and consumers of germanium in Russia.
