This report is currently available in Russian language only. However, we can provide an English version of the report within 3 weeks after receiving a payment.

The report is devoted to studying of market of equipment for processing of polymer wastes. The report can be useful for both machine-building enterprises, manufacturing such equipment, and for municipal bodies, which must organize processing of polymer wastes in regions. The report includes 7 Sections, 98 pages, including 18 Tables, 14 Figures. The report is a desk study. As information sources, data of Federal Service of State Statistics (Rosstat), Federal Customs Service of Russia (FCS), data of companies, the sector and regional press, annual and quarterly repots of companies, internet-sites of company-producers, materials of ecological organizations and municipal bodies (regional environmental programs).

The 1st Section presents briefly Russian legislation, regulating handling wastes in Russia (first of all, Law “About Secondary Material Resources”).

The 2nd Section presents methodology of calculation of wastes formation to estimate their formation in regions, classification of polymers with their main end-uses and possible methods of processing their wastes.

The 3rd Section presents available technologies for processing of polymer wastes. For the most widespread – mechanical method of processing – detailed description of applied equipment is given.

The 4th Section describes the main domestic producers of equipment for processing polymer wastes, as well as presents other players of this segment of Russian market (dealers, traders, etc.).

The 5th Section presents information on foreign trade in both polymer wastes themselves and equipment for their processing, list of foreign company-producers of the equipment (including data on kinds of offered equipment and contact information).

The 6th Section presents briefly data on application of secondary materials, obtained by processing of some kinds of polymers, available experience of recycling at enterprises.

Final, the 7th Section presents experts appraisal and forecast of development of production and consumption of equipment for processing of polymer wastes in Russia up to 2012, and list of the main projects (objects), where in 2008-2009, polymer wastes-processing lines are to be installed.
