This work is a desk study. As information sources, we used data of Rosstat, Federal Customs Service of Russia, official statistics of rail transport of " Russian Railways ", the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics, State Customs Service of Ukraine, and regional press , annual and quarterly reports of companies , as well as online sites of producers and consumers of potassium hydroxide.
